HANNA PREVIEW - Hospital (MOJO81)

Tonight's the night! Can you believe it? The new release is TODAY! Woohoo! Hope you have been saving your pennies so you can buy some of the new stamps.

Today's sneak peek is the 4x8 set being released called Hospital. Perfect for get well cards, or even thank you notes for after you have been at the hospital to thank the awesome Drs. and nurses who cared for you. Layout is the MOJO MONDAY sketch (Mojo81). I love how the Papertrey sentiment matches the font almost perfectly with the eye chart (be a healthy stamper).

Hope to see you at the release party tonight -9 pm (EST) - I promise there will be lots of fun chatter, prizes, contests, more chatter, and I promise you will feel welcome! This set is totally cool! I have not seen anything like it! I think it is perfect for a sympathy card, a thinking of you, a little hand out at church, maybe even for cards at Easter (thinking ahead here) etc. It is so CUTE! Hanna looks so angelic and well, to be completely honest, reminds me of my little sister (not sure why). I used the sketch at Card Positioning Systems (#83) for the layout. I was going for a "touched by an angel" look on the main image (and I think I kind of created that.) I used vellum to overlay the image to give it that glossy fuzz (soft focus). My Decade Later Comeback and Playing Catch Up

Hello friends, It's been awhile and I kind of dropped off the face of the planet since moving to Oregon. I got busy with growing four babies into teens, and attempting to hold together a marriage with a partner who was working out of town for the most part. It was a lot! Truth be told, I have been spending most of my time over on Instagram which allows for more quick picture and caption posts (@the.amanda.sewell), but I really, genuinely miss having a journal of our adventures, so I'm back.  Some changes, my ex-partner moved out in October of 2023 (after 23 years of marriage, who would have thought?) and I am on a new, single mom adventure with the fabulous four. Luckily, they are adjusting to the changes well as we navigate this challenging time as a family team. Things are still in flux and hopefully at the end of all of this, the dust will settle and we will end up landing on our feet.
