Pretty Paper Pinecone Christmas Balls


These were probably the biggest hit at Super Saturday. I got one of these in the mail from an awesome stamper and friend last year in our swaps, and I love to make them because they are so simple, but so neat looking. These two (pictured above) were created by me, to show at Super Saturday. The girls liked them so much, I have been asked to teach a class on how to make them, and I need to create detailed instructions on a handout in order to make it easier. SO, when I get that complete, I will post them to my blog as well, so that you too, may try these ornaments. Then class will be held the second week in December. I am really excited about it.

Very cool. I have several of these made with ribbon. My friend makes them. I thought they were too fiddley ...but if you say they are easy I'll give it a go!

This set is totally cool! I have not seen anything like it! I think it is perfect for a sympathy card, a thinking of you, a little hand out at church, maybe even for cards at Easter (thinking ahead here) etc. It is so CUTE! Pinecone Balls Revisited

So lately I have been noticing that a lot of the traffic to my blog has been to the tutorial on how to make the pinecone balls that I put together about a year ago. SO, due to the increase in popularity, I thought I would get rid of some of my extra supplies on hand (because I made some already this year again and my fingers are sore enough) -- I have decided to giveaway a kit that contains enough supplies to make three balls.
