COUNTDOWN TO CHRISTMAS - Yummy Peppermint Bark


This is like the easiest and yummiest holiday treat! Seriously - if you have 30 minutes, make some for your neighbors! They will love you for it.

Top a ziplock bag with a cute homemade bag topper (seriously easy) and VOILA - you have a sweet homemade gift. The rice crispies cereal make it just perfectly crunchy and not too overwhelmingly sweet like some "barks" tend to be.

Hope you are having a happy holidays so far. My family and I are headed to Northern Arizona to find some snow to play in because it's just not Christmas till you get to make a snow angel and throw a snowball at someone! Merry Christmas!

This set is totally cool! I have not seen anything like it! I think it is perfect for a sympathy card, a thinking of you, a little hand out at church, maybe even for cards at Easter (thinking ahead here) etc. It is so CUTE! HANNA PREVIEW: Vintage Toys & A Color Challenge For YOU

This set is a lot of fun! It has SO many possibilities -- birthdays, Christmas, new baby . . . AWESOME! I made a couple cards to show you with it. The first one uses the adorable bear in it. I instantly thought of a baby card when I saw this guy (who knows why I have babies - specifically baby boys on the brain - only 11 weeks left *giggles*). I used a sketch from Limelight Papercrafts (Sketch #4) to create the layout of this card!
